Axtron 2 Stage Slim Water Filter Crystal Housing – Complete Sediment & Carbon Filtration System (Indoor Use)

Axtron 2 Stage Slim Water Filter Crystal Housing – Complete Sediment & Carbon Filtration System (Indoor Use)

The Axtron 2 Stage Slim Water Filter Crystal Housing is a complete two-stage filtration system built with transparent crystal housings instead of our standard opaque blue ones — the same trusted PPF sediment and CTO carbon filtration, but with the added ability to see your cartridges without opening the housing.

Important: Choose the Right Housing for Where You're Installing

We offer this 2-stage system in two housing types, and which one you should choose depends on installation location, not just looks:

• Crystal (this product): Best for indoor installation, away from direct sunlight. The transparent body lets you visually check cartridge condition at a glance — but transparent housings exposed to sunlight can allow light-driven algae growth inside over time.
• Blue, standard housing: Best for open areas exposed to sunlight — the opaque body blocks light entirely, preventing algae growth regardless of installation location.

If your installation spot gets direct or indirect sunlight at any point in the day, choose the blue version instead. If it's installed indoors, in a cabinet, or somewhere shielded from light, the crystal version is the better choice for its visibility advantage.

What's Included in Axtron 2 Stage Slim Water Filter Crystal Housing

• 2x Axtron Housing Slim 20-Inch 3/4 Crystal: Food-grade polycarbonate, transparent body, 3/4-inch brass threaded ports, O-ring sealed.
• Stage 1 – Axtron Gold Slim PPF 5 Micron Cartridge: Removes dust, rust, silt, and sediment.
• Stage 2 – Axtron CTO Slim 20 Inch Cartridge: NSF certified carbon block, removes chlorine and odor-causing gases.
• Pre-fitted hoses and connectors, mounting bracket, and hardware.

How It Works

Water passes first through Stage 1, the Axtron Gold Slim PPF 5 Micron cartridge, which traps sediment. It then flows into Stage 2, the Axtron CTO Slim 20 Inch cartridge, which removes chlorine and odor-causing compounds. Because both housings are transparent, you can visually check both cartridges at any time — noticing sediment buildup or discoloration well before performance is affected, without disconnecting anything.

Why Choose Crystal Housing

• See Before You Service: Check cartridge condition visually, rather than guessing or opening the housing to inspect.
• Same Trusted Filtration: Identical PPF and CTO cartridges used in our standard blue 2-stage system.
• Durable Polycarbonate Construction: Built to handle Pakistan's water pressure and temperature variation.
• Complete, Ready-to-Install Kit: Housings, cartridges, hoses, and mounting hardware included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Should I choose the crystal housing or the standard blue housing version?

Choose crystal for indoor locations away from sunlight, where you'll benefit from being able to see the cartridges. Choose the standard blue housing for open, sunlit areas, since its opaque body blocks light and prevents algae growth that clear housings can be prone to in sunny locations.

Q2: Why does sunlight matter for a clear housing?

Light passing through a transparent housing can encourage algae growth inside over time, particularly in direct or strong indirect sunlight. Installing crystal housings indoors, away from light, avoids this.

Q3: What's included in this kit?

Two crystal slim housings, an Axtron Gold Slim PPF 5 Micron cartridge, an Axtron CTO Slim 20 Inch cartridge, pre-fitted hoses, and mounting hardware.

Q4: What is the housing made of?

Food-grade polycarbonate — different from the polypropylene used in our standard opaque housings, chosen specifically for its clarity and impact resistance.

Q5: Can I see the cartridges without opening the housing?

Yes — that's the main advantage of this version. The transparent body lets you check cartridge condition visually at any time.

Q6: Is delivery available across Pakistan?

Yes, Axtron Pakistan offers nationwide delivery, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan.
