Semi Commercial RO Pump Price in Pakistan – 200 to 1000 GPD Booster Pumps
Semi Commercial RO Pumps for 200 to 1000 GPD RO Plants
A semi-commercial RO pump builds the pressure that pushes water through the membranes of a medium-size RO plant. Axtron Pakistan supplies 200, 300, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 GPD booster pumps, including the popular 400 GPD RO pump, from our own Axtron Grand Forest line and Eflow. Every pump carries a 1 year warranty, with branches in Multan, Lahore and Bahawalpur and cash on delivery across Pakistan.
Who Uses Semi Commercial RO Plants?
Semi-commercial plants are the right size when a home RO plant is too small but a commercial plant is more than you need. Typical users include:
- Large families of more than 10 people
- Small offices
- Small factories
- Madrassas and masajid
- Small schools
Match the Pump to Your Total Membrane GPD
In every RO plant, pump power must equal membrane power. In a semi-commercial plant, that means the pump must match the total GPD of all its membranes:
| Plant Capacity | Membranes | Pump Needed |
|---|---|---|
| 200 GPD | 1 × 200 GPD | 200 GPD pump |
| 300 GPD | 1 × 300 GPD | 300 GPD pump |
| 400 GPD | 1 × 400 GPD, or 2 × 200 GPD | 400 GPD pump |
| 600 GPD | 1 × 600 GPD, or 2 × 300 GPD | 600 GPD pump |
| 800 GPD | 1 × 800 GPD | 800 GPD pump |
| 1000 GPD | 1 × 1000 GPD | 1000 GPD pump |
A 400 GPD plant built with two 200 GPD membranes still needs a 400 GPD pump, not a 200 GPD one. For 1200 GPD plants and above, we select the pump when we design the plant around your water report and daily demand.

Why Semi Commercial RO Pumps Fail – Running Dry
From our service experience, the most common reason an RO pump fails is running dry: the pump keeps running when no water reaches it. In madrassas, masajid, schools and small factories, this usually happens when:
- The overhead tank runs empty during heavy use
- The supply line is shut
- The PPF sediment filter is fully choked with bore water sediment
A pump running without water heats up and gets damaged quickly.
How to Protect Your Pump
- Keep the water supply steady before the plant starts
- Change the PPF every 15–30 days, or as soon as it turns fully brown or dark
- Change GAC and CTO filters every 3 months at most
- Make sure the low-pressure switch is working, so the pump stops when the water stops
- Use the correct 24V DC adapter for the pump
Replacement filters are available under semi commercial filters.
What Decides Semi Commercial RO Pump Price?
- GPD capacity: a 200 GPD pump and a 1000 GPD pump are very different machines.
- Brand: Axtron Grand Forest and Eflow are priced differently.
- Plant design: one large membrane or two smaller ones decides which pump you need.
The current price of every pump is shown on its product page, including any running offers.
1 Year Warranty on Semi Commercial Pumps
Every semi-commercial RO pump we supply carries a 1 year warranty. Running dry is the most common reason pumps fail, so keep the water supply and filters in order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which pump do I need for a 400 GPD RO plant?
A 400 GPD pump, whether the plant uses 1 × 400 GPD membrane or 2 × 200 GPD membranes. Pump power must equal total membrane power.
Which pump is used in a 600 GPD plant?
A 600 GPD pump, such as the Eflow 600 GPD, for plants with 1 × 600 GPD or 2 × 300 GPD membranes.
Which is better, Grand Forest or Eflow?
Both are top grade and made in China. Grand Forest is Axtron’s own brand. Choose the one available in the GPD your plant needs.
What voltage do semi commercial RO pumps use?
Grand Forest 800 and 1000 GPD pumps run on 24V DC, as printed on their labels. Always use the correct adapter for your pump.
Why did my RO pump stop working?
The most common cause is running dry, when the pump runs without water because the tank is empty, the supply is shut or the PPF is choked.
Do semi commercial RO pumps have a warranty?
Yes. Every pump we supply carries a 1 year warranty.
