At Axtron Pakistan, we are committed to delivering high-quality water filters, RO systems, and RO plant products across Pakistan. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Confirmation Policy
- All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
- We share complete product details, images, and specifications with the customer before shipping.
- Orders are only dispatched after customer approval and confirmation.
๐ Therefore, no refund requests are accepted after order confirmation.
2. Return Policy (Courier Damage Only)
We accept returns only in the following condition:
โ If the product is damaged due to courier handling issues
- All products are packed securely with safety measures.
- However, in some cases, courier companies may mishandle parcels (pressure, weight, or rough handling).

โ We will replace/resend the damaged product
โ We bear the loss caused by courier damage
โ Customer satisfaction is our priority
3. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under any condition.
- Since every order is confirmed before dispatch, refunds are not applicable.
- Only replacement (if damaged) is provided.
4. Courier Services Disclaimer
We use trusted courier companies in Pakistan such as:
- PostEx
- M&P (Muller & Phipps)
- Leopards Courier
Important points:
- We do not own or control courier services.
- Delivery timing depends on courier operations.
- We provide:

โ Tracking number
๐ Customers must track parcels directly with the courier company if needed.
5. Delivery Timing & Special Requests
- Some customers request delivery at specific times (e.g., before 12 PM or 2 PM).
- Please note:
โ We cannot guarantee specific delivery timing
โ Courier companies operate independently
๐ Customers should coordinate directly with courier companies for timing requests.
6. Failed Delivery / Non-Receiving Orders
If a customer:
- Does not receive the parcel
- Does not respond to courier
- Parcel is returned to us
๐ Then:
โ We will not resend the order on Cash on Delivery (COD)
โ Customer must pay full amount in advance for re-dispatch
7. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2000
- Below this amount, standard courier charges may apply
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct address and contact details
- Being available at delivery time
- Coordinating with courier if needed
