Lyson High Pressure Pumps (Made in China)
Lyson pumps are high pressure pumps used in commercial and industrial RO plants across Pakistan, from half ton (500 LPH, about 3,000 GPD) to 10 ton (10,000 LPH, about 60,000 GPD). They come in two designs and two power options.

Single Phase (SP) or Three Phase (TP)?
SP pumps run on single phase power, the normal supply at most shops and small sites. TP pumps run on three phase power, common at factories and larger commercial sites. Choose according to the power supply available where the plant is installed.
How to Read Lyson Pump Model Numbers
Every Lyson model number tells you two things:
- The first number is the water it handles, in tons. 2 means 2 tons of water, 4 means 4 tons, 8 means 8 tons, 12 means 12 tons.
- The second number is the number of impellers inside. 15 means 15 impellers, 40 means 40 impellers.

We also supply the CNP 5×20 TP multistage vertical pump, a three phase high pressure pump for commercial and industrial RO plants. Following the same model logic, it handles 5 tons of water with 20 impellers.
Dosing Pumps for Commercial RO Plants
A dosing pump feeds a measured amount of anti-scalant, or other treatment chemicals, into the water before it reaches the membranes. Scale build-up is one of the main reasons commercial membranes choke, especially on the hard bore water common in Multan, Bahawalpur and South Punjab. Llaspa Feed Pump and Automatic Control Switch
The Llaspa 1HP automatic power pump (made in China) can be fitted on any RO plant as a feed pump. It is used most on water filling tables at RO water shops, and also in industrial RO plants.
Paired with the Llaspa automatic pump control switch, the pump switches on and off by itself at the filling table. The switch box is marked 1100W, 220–240V, 50–60Hz.
Protect Your Pump – Avoid Running Dry
The most common reason RO pumps fail is running dry, when the pump runs with no water reaching it. In commercial plants this happens when:
- The raw water tank empties
- The supply is shut
- The jumbo pre-filters are fully choked
To protect your pump and membranes:
- Keep the feed water supply steady before starting the plant
- Service jumbo PPF, GAC and CTO filters on time, available under commercial filters
- Run the plant at its standard 6–8 hours per day. Running 12–18 hours a day wears out pumps, membranes and filters faster. If your demand needs more, a bigger plant is the more economical choice.
- Have pressure settings handled by a trained RO plant engineer
