🟢 How Axtron 8 Stage RO Water Filter Plant Works (Actual Water Flow)

All 6, 7, 8, or higher stage RO systems work on the same principle. Below is the exact working process used by technicians:

🔸 Step 1: Tap Water Connection

Normal tap water is connected to the RO system.

🔸 Step 2: PPF Filter (Stage 1)

Water first passes through the PPF filter (Stage 1), removing sand, dust, mud, and rust particles.

🔸 Step 3: GAC Filter (Stage 2)

Water flows into the GAC carbon filter (Stage 2), helping reduce bad smell and organic impurities.

🔸 Step 4: CTO Filter (Stage 3)

Water then passes through the CTO carbon filter (Stage 3), removing chlorine, chemicals, and discoloration.

After carbon filtration, the 150 GPD RO pump applies heavy pressure and pushes water to the RO membrane (Stage 4 – 150 GPD), where high TDS, dissolved salts, heavy metals, and harmful contaminants are removed. Pure water moves forward, while rejected water is drained out.

Purified water is then stored in the 6-gallon storage tank, ensuring water availability even during load shedding.

When the user opens the RO tap, stored water flows through:

• Post Carbon Filter (Stage 5) – improves final water taste

• Mineral Filter (Stage 6) – adds essential minerals

• Nano Silver Filter (Stage 7) – helps control bacterial growth

• Alkaline Filter (Stage 8) – balances water taste and quality
