• All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
• We only process and ship orders after customer approval.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available unless otherwise specified.
• For re-dispatch or special cases, advance payment may be required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped through third-party courier services such as PostEx, M&P, and Leopards.
• Delivery time depends on the courier company and location.
• We provide tracking details after dispatch.

6. Return & Replacement

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged due to courier handling.
• In such cases, we provide replacement only (no refund).
• All other conditions are covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

• We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
• Customers receive full product details before confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.

👉 If a parcel is returned due to non-availability or refusal:

• We will not resend on COD
• Full advance payment will be required for re-dispatch

• Special delivery time requests (e.g., before 12 PM) are not guaranteed.
• Customers should contact courier companies directly for delivery coordination.

• We are not liable for issues caused by improper installation or misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier companies or external factors.
